Interview: U.S. Judge Mark Wolf On Fighting High-Level Corruption

Russia today saw the publication of a new report on government corruption by opposition leader Boris Nemtsov. Before the report's release, RFE/RL's Russian Service spoke to Mark Wolf, a U.S. federal judge at the District Court of Massachusetts, about his efforts to shed light on high-level corruption in Russia and worldwide. Wolf told Russian Service editor in chief Irina Lagunina that the creation of an international corruption court would be a major step toward changing the climate of impunity for corrupt officials.
